This super easy caprese pasta salad is worth your time!
Ingredients
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Pasta, (I used Modern Table Meals' mixed lentil penne)
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Fresh Mozzarella, cut into cubes
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Tomato, chopped
- 10 pieces10 pieces10 pieces fresh Basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
