Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Crush the weetbix into a container or bowl. Add the protein powder, give it a little stir around, and then add the milk, and give it another little mix. Press it down firmly with the back of a fork/spoon to create an even layer.
  2. Mash the raspberries in a separate bowl (add sweetener if you would like). Spread over the weetbix base.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the yoghurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over the raspberry layer.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder and water (add more water, 1 tsp at a time as needed, but be careful not to add too much liquid, so that it is a ganache-like consistency).
  5. Spread this over the yoghurt layer.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries and crushed peanuts.
  7. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
