Cauliflower Hash Brown Sliders (GF/DF)
Check out this fun way to make sliders using strongroots cauliflower hash browns! Crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, they make the a fun GF slider bun! They’re the perfect easy brunch, lunch, or dinner meal idea! This preparation is served "big mac" style.
Ingredients
burger
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb US Wellness Meats Ground Beef (85% Lean)
bun
- 8 pieces8 pieces8 pieces Cauliflower Hash Browns, 1 package Strong Roots brand
toppings
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Dill Pickle Slices
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Sliced Vegan Cheddar Cheese
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Onion, sliced
sauce
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- (Bun)
- - heat oven to 425.
- - place hash browns on a pre greased baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes (or until golden brown)
- - remove from oven, flip over, and use a drinking glass to lightly flatten hand brown.
- - return to oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
- - allow to cool for 5 minutes before using it as the bread.
- (Meat)
- - divide meat into 4 balls
- - press down between two sheets of wax paper or a ziplock bag.
- - lightly salt.
- - add to a pre greased hot cast iron skillet.
- - cook each side for 2 minutes.
- - add cheese and remove from heat.
- - place under broiler for 1 minute to melt cheese.
- (Onions)
- - add onions to a pre greased pan.
- - cook for 3 minutes and deglaze pan with 2tbs water.
- - cook again for 3 minutes.
- - add water and repeat proceed until onions are a dark tan/brown color.
- (Sauce)
- - mix ketchup and Mayo together.
- - mince two pickle chips and add to mixture.
- Plating:
- - stack hash brown, meat, onion, sauce, pickles, lettuce and add hash brown on top.
