Cherry Berry Smoothie
One of my favorite daily rituals: my breakfast smoothie.
It always has tons of dark leafy greens (spinach or kale). Did you know that dark leafy greens like spinach and kale are the most nutrient dense+energizing+detoxifying foods you can eat?! I try to fit in extra veggies everywhere!
Ingredients
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Coconut Water
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Almond Milk, or nut milk of choice
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Water, filtered
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Spinach
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Organic Raspberries, or mixed berries
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Fresh Cherries
- 3 pieces3 pieces3 pieces Coconut
- 6-8 pieces6-8 pieces6-8 pieces Zucchini, frozen
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder

- Blend on high until smooth
