One of my favorite daily rituals: my breakfast smoothie. It always has tons of dark leafy greens (spinach or kale). Did you know that dark leafy greens like spinach and kale are the most nutrient dense+energizing+detoxifying foods you can eat?! I try to fit in extra veggies everywhere!
