my traditional sloppy joes get a seasonal upgrade with pumpkin purée, primal palate's pumpkin pie spice, & a touch of smoky, spicy goodness—perfectly piled on sweet potato chips or root veggies with melty cheese for ultimate fall comfort. 🥔🧀✨

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup No Sugar Classic BBQ Sauce - Yo Mama's Foods

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice - Primal Palate

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- Delicata Squash, option 2
- Mozzarella, or pepper jack cheese, shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a large skillet, saute peppers, onions, & mushrooms until tender & caramelized (~12-15 minutes).
- move veggies to a plate, then brown meat.
- once meat is fully cooked, mix in veggies (& legumes of choice if using)..
- in a bowl, combine pumpkin, ketchup, bbq sauce, monk fruit, coconut aminos, dijon mustard, & seasoning.
- pour pumpkin sauce mixture + water into skillet; bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- option 1: start with a layer of sweet potato chips, then add on sloppy joe meat, & top with shredded cheese.
- option 2: roast any root veggies your like (i roasted delicata squash for 25 minutes at 400), then add on sloppy joe meat, & top with shredded cheese.
- heat until cheese is melted & enjoy.
