Choc PB Cup Protein Ice Cream
Made with a smooth, chocolatey protein ice cream, with swirls of frozen peanut butter, and chunks of organic peanut butter cups, to satisfy all of your chocolate peanut butter cravings! I used my favorite high quality protein powder from Just Ingredients here. No chalky taste and full of nourishment. Code ColleenF10 saves you site wide!

- 20 oz20 oz20 oz Organic Cottage Cheese
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Raw Cacao Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chocolate Protein Powder, **
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts, **
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups - Trader Joe's, **

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend cottage cheese, cacao, protein, syrup until creamy
- Stir (not blend) in drippy peanut butter throughout and chopped pb cups
- Pour into loaf tin and freeze for 4-5 hours for best frozen custard consistency
- If freezing longer let come to room for about 15 min before enjoying, or microwave for a few seconds to soft
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer
Notes
You can use chocolate or chocolate pb or unflavored protein powder. You can omit it all together if you choose too full fat cottage cheese will yield the creamiest result hemp hearts are optional for added nutritional boost. They won't affect the texture if you omit I used Justin's brand organic dark chocolate pb cups
