Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Once hot, add the bacon, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side (depending on desired crispiness). Set aside to cool on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bite sized broccoli pieces, sunflower seeds, raisins, red onion, bacon, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined.
  3. Transfer to the fridge, and let sit for at least 3-4 hours before serving, or overnight.

Notes

Use a sugar free bacon such as Peterson Farm’s. // I use Tessamae’s Paleo Ranch, but feel free to use your own personal favorite. To make a homemade ranch, combine 1/2 cup Paleo Mayo (Primal Kitchen), 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried dill, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp sea salt.
