What happens when you combine grain-free protein cookie dough with rice cereal? You get these incredibly delicious Cookie Dough Crunch Bars! Part protein bar and part candy bar, these cookie dough crunch bars are the best of both worlds.

Process

  1. Combine protein powder, cashew butter, maple syrup and 1/4 cup chocolate chips in a bowl.
  2. Press dough into lined 9x5 baking dish.
  3. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Slice into bars or squares, if you prefer.
  5. Melt the one cup of chocolate chips.
  6. Stir in rice cereal.
  7. Dip each bar into melted chocolate, making sure it is completely covered. Shake off extra.
  8. Chill bars until chocolate is firm.
