- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Italian Nut Crumbs, or pecan flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup dried, unsweetened Cranberries
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Pink Lady Apple, or granny smith, large, cored & diced
- 6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole Sage, fresh leaves for garnish
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Oomph Cooking Blends Shiitake Umami Mix, heaping tsp

- Melt ghee in a large skillet
- Add celery & onion & cook till onions are translucent
- Add garlic, salt, pepper & Oomph
- stirring one minute
- Add cauliflower rice, broth & apple
- Simmer 5-7 minutes
- Stir in nut crumbs, panko & more broth if needed
- Stir in cranberries
- Garnish with sage leaves
