everything you love about a classic club sandwich… wrapped in crispy rice paper. 🥪✨
it's a fun twist on a deli favorite! high-protein, naturally gluten-free, crispy, crunchy, & a healthier take on the classic club sandwich that still delivers all the flavor.
Ingredients
horseradish "honey" mustard hummus
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup greek yogurt "honey" mustard (click for recipe)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Horseradish

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Powdered Hummus Mix - Prest, I used the roasted garlic flavor (may sub for my classic hummus recipe)
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup classic hummus (click for recipe)
- Water, as needed to reach desired consistency
spring rolls
- Rice Paper Wrappers
- Boston Lettuce, any large lettuce leafs
- oven-baked turkey tenderloin (click for recipe), or turkey deli meat
- Ham, or ham deli meat
- oven-baked bacon (click for recipe)
- Tomato

- Onion
- Radish
- English Cucumber
- Avocado
- Pepper Jack Cheese
- Onion Chips - Root Foods, optional side to dip with hummus!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first, make horseradish “honey” mustard hummus by mixing all ingredients together, adding water as needed.
- gather all ingredients & set up a large cutting board or work surface.
- fill a shallow bowl or pie plate with cool water.
- submerge a single sheet of rice paper into the water for 3-5 seconds.
- transfer rice paper to your cutting board, then layer lettuce → hummus → meats → veggies → avocado → cheese.
- fold the bottom edge over the filling, fold in the sides, then tightly roll to create a spring roll.
- repeat with remaining rice paper wrappers & fillings.
- bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- dip spring rolls & veggie chips in extra horseradish “honey” mustard hummus & enjoy!
