  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. to a mixing bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, egg, ACV, & water.
  3. add bread mix to wet ingredients & create into a batter; add any additional water as needed.
  4. using a cookie scoop, add ~3-4 T of batter onto a sheet pan.
  5. using a damp spatula, spread the dough into round little discs.
  6. bake for 15-18 minutes (flipping at 10-12 minutes) or until golden brown on top.
