Ingredients
- 9.1 oz9.1 oz9.1 oz Multi-Purpose Keto Bread Mix - Good Dee's, 1 bag
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 111 Egg
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp Water
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- to a mixing bowl, whisk together greek yogurt, egg, ACV, & water.
- add bread mix to wet ingredients & create into a batter; add any additional water as needed.
- using a cookie scoop, add ~3-4 T of batter onto a sheet pan.
- using a damp spatula, spread the dough into round little discs.
- bake for 15-18 minutes (flipping at 10-12 minutes) or until golden brown on top.
