Cowboy Queso Cheese Dip (Easy on Grill!)
The perfect appetizer that can be prepped ahead and brought over to a friend's house for a summer BBQ in no time. Heat it up over the grill, grab a chip, dip, and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Salsa Con Queso Cheese Dip - Drippy Dip

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Black Beans, (drained and rinsed)

- 0.50.50.5 Canned Corn, (drained and rinsed)
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cream Cheese, Light
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Mozzarella, (shredded)
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cheddar Cheese, (shredded)

- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Onion, diced
- 500 grams500 grams500 grams Ground Beef

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Taco Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Corn Tortilla Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat outdoor grill to approx 400F
- To a large skillet drizzle in extra virgin olive oil along with white onions
- Cook onions until they get soft and then add in the ground beef
- Cook ground beef for about 10min or until it starts to become golden brown
- Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over the meat, mix and set aside
- Into a 13x10 allumion tray add ground beef, drained black beans, drained corn, cream cheese, queso cheese dip, mozzarella, cheddar and diced red bell pepper
- Do not mix and place the tray onto the middle of your grill, shut the lid for about 10 minutes
- Open lid and mix well, cover again for another 10 minutes
- Remove from grill
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes
- Serve in the tray with a side or tortilla chips for fun dipping!
Notes
If you like a spicy kick, add some hot sauce to the mix and garnish with some jalepeños.
