My goal with every recipe I make is that it would be Adaptable to what you might have on hand and I want it to be Easy for you to throw together at the last minute after a long day when the last thing you want to do is cook food! If I can help you still feel confident enough to make a fresh dinner on the hardest days because my recipes are stress-free, I consider it a win! This Meatloaf is absolutely one of our top 5 meals we make often and I know you're going to love it as much as we do!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl minus the Ground Beef and 1/4 ketchup.
  2. Once combined, add the Ground Beef and mix together until just combined.
  3. Form a loaf onto a sheet pan or in a loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
  5. At this time, add additional 1/4 cup of Ketchup to the top and spread.
  6. Cook an additional 10-15 minutes.

Notes

**This recipe is incredibly adaptable because you can sub the Italian Seasoning for virtually ANY seasoning that you love! One of our favorites to use is Primal Palate Meat & Potatoes Seasoning! ** I love the added Onions and Garlic but these ingredients are completely optional. Keeping it simple is the goal here so do what works best for YOU!
