Ferrero Rocher Bliss Balls
These ferrero rocher bliss balls are so easy to make and taste like those classic ferrero rochers that we all know and love! Made with 5 simple ingredients including dates, coconut and cocoa powder, and are stuffed with a surprise hazelnut centre. These are sure to be a delicious treat that everyone will enjoy!

Bliss Balls
- 3/4 cup3/4 cup3/4 cup Hazelnut, roasted
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Hazelnut Butter
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut, shredded
Chocolate Drizzle (optional)
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add hazelnuts to a food processor and pulse into tiny pieces. Remove 2tbsp and set aside for coating.
- Add all ingredients to the food processor and pulse until dates have broken down and a sticky dough texture forms.
- Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to scoop out dough. Press one whole hazelnut in the center and roll into balls. Then, gently roll balls in your crushed hazelnut coating.
- Place in freezer for 20 minutes to set, and then drizzle chocolate on top if desired!
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
