Fresh Guacamole
Guacamole is one of my favorite healthy snacks, and you can make it keto friendly with Real Phat Foods low carb crackers! It's so easy to make, it only takes a few ingredients and a few minutes to create this fresh and creamy, gluten free masterpiece!
Ingredients
- Original Phat Crackers, or Phat Crackers of choice
- 333 Avocado, ripe
- 222 Roma Tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 111 Jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
- 111 Lime, juiced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
