FROYO banana cream bites
When you want something creamy, low in sugar and high in fiber these banana cream bites are the thing for you! Also gut friendly and can be high protein if you are looking to add some protein powder to the mix!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cocojune Organic Coconut Yogurt, Plain, Any yogurt works here
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup 100% Unsweetened Chocolate
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl mash the two bananas until creamy (the riper they are the easier it will be, and the sweeter they will taste)
- Add in your yogurt and toppings and mix well.
- Line mini muffin wells with muffin liners and place a few spoonfuls of the mixture into the muffin tin.
- Place in the freezer for 2-3 hrs or until fully frozen.
- Once frozen you can pop them out of the muffin tin and place them in a freezer friendly container/sealable bag and store in the freezer for when you want something sweet and creamy!
