An easy snack activity to make with the kids, these NO-BAKE energy bites taste like cookie dough but are made with clean ingredients like gluten-free oats, superfood seeds (flax, chia, and hemp), nut butter, and pure maple syrup. Great for fine motor skills (the kids LOVE rolling the batter into little balls), it’s also a great confidence booster for kids to create their own snacks from start to finish.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
  2. Place batter in the fridge for 30 minutes so it's easier to roll.
  3. Roll into balls (if too sticky, I find it's helpful to roll with slightly wet hands).
  4. Can eat right away, or store in fridge (my personal preference so that the balls harden a bit) or freezer (and can eat without defrosting!). Enjoy!
