Gluten Free Ham and Chive Quiche
Just in time for back to school - you can have this quiche ready in no time!
Ingredients
- 1/21/21/2 Grain-Free Pie Crust by Back Porch Paleo - Legit Bread Company, prepared (1/2 bag)
- 666 Eggs, whisked
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Whipped Chive Cream Cheese, (you can use dairy free if you prefer)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Italian Blended Cheese
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Almond Milk, or any dairy-free milk
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Onion Powder, or onion salt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Ham, thinly sliced

- Preheat oven to 350F
- While your oven preheats, combine your filling ingredients
- Pierce the bottom of your pie parbake your crust for 10 minutes
- Remove and fill the crust
- Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
- Slice and serve
