not only are we getting into the spring spirit, we are celebrating st. patrick's day with this vibrant & herbaceous green goddess salad. this dressing is so flavorful, you will want to put it on everything!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a small bowl or food processor, combine all green goddess dressing ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. follow instructions for making homemade croutons & allow to cool before serving.
  3. to make salmon, start by patting the salmon dry & adding the seasoning.
  4. in a cast iron skillet or griddle, add a little oil to the pan & place over medium high heat (~425).
  5. once heated, add salmon to skillet & cook for 7 minutes.
  6. flip salmon over & cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until reaches internal temp of 145.
  7. build salad by starting with a bed of greens, then add any green veggies, salmon, parm crisps or parmesan cheese, homemade croutons, & green goddess dressing.
