  1. In a large bowl whisk together the BBQ sauce, Peach Bellini Mocktail, mashed peach, coconut aminos, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.
