Pineapple-Mango Salsa (Edit recipe)

I had this recipe prepped and ready to go for a Memorial Day BBQ and then everyone got sick and the party got canceled. That left me on the couch with a big ol’ bowl of Pineapple-Mango Salsa and honestly, I wasn’t that mad about it. My Pineapple-Mango Salsa is so easy to make and a definite crowd pleaser!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Chop the pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, jalapeños, and cilantro and add to a bowl.
  2. Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Stir to combine. The longer you let it sit the better it gets!
  3. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or burrito bowls and enjoy!
