Caramelized Peach + BBQ Chicken Pizza

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mozzarella
- 0.25 whole0.25 whole0.25 whole Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Peaches
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Brown Monkfruit Sweetener - Lakanto

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Basil, Fresh, for topping

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- For easy shredded chicken bake your pasture raised chicken breasts at 400 for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165F
- Use a stand or handheld electric mixer to easily shred the chicken, then toss in BBQ sauce
- Make pizza dough per box instructions
- Meanwhile, slice your peaches and coat in avocado oil & brown sugar substitute
- Grill or sautee for 2-3 min per side
- Assemble your pizza with a layer of bbq sauce, shredded mozzarella and Monterey Jack, thinly sliced red onion, caramelized peaches, and shredded chicken
- Bake an additional 10-12 minutes until cheese is golden
- Top with fresh basil, and enjoy!
