Ham & Cheese Mini Egg Quiches
These tasty mini quiches are the perfect on the go breakfast or an easy protein filled snack that anyone in the family will love!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Frozen Hash Browns
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted, melted

- 888 Eggs
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Little Palates Baby-Q Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Ham, diced
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to bake at 400 degrees.
- Place an even layer of frozen hashbrowns in the bottom of each cup in the muffin mold.
- Brush the hashbrowns with the melted butter, and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Remove the hashbrowns from the oven, and turn the oven temperature down to 350.
- In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and Baby-Q seasoning.
- Sprinkle a small amount of grated cheese over the hashbrowns, and then place some of the diced ham into each muffin cup, followed by more cheese.
- Pour the whisked eggs evenly into each muffin cup.
- Bake the mini quiches for 30 minutes.
Notes
Use a silicone muffin pan for easy removal of the quiches. Little Helper ideas include helping crack the eggs, whisking the eggs, or sprinkling the spices.
