This tuna burger is packed with protein and flavor,
and so easy to make!!
Ingredients

- 0.125 cup0.125 cup0.125 cup Green Onion (Scallion), Chopped

- 0.125 cup0.125 cup0.125 cup Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Red Curry Paste
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Oat Flour

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Garlic

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.125 cup0.125 cup0.125 cup Sriracha
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coleslaw Mix (Shredded Cabbage and Carrots)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Drain the tuna and break it up in a small bowl
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except sesame oil), mix well, and form into a ball
- Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a pan
- Once the oil is hot, add the tuna and smash it down into the form of a burger
- Cook for 5 mins or until brown on the bottom and flip
- Cook for another 5 mins
- Mix spicy mayo
- Toast a bun, add toppings, and spicy mayo
- Enjoy!
