These marinated chicken skewers are incredible, and dipping them in this honey mustard aioli makes the entire dish absolutely outstanding!  ENJOY!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Make the marinade by adding the oil, coconut aminos, vinegar, syrup, salt, and honey mustard to a small bowl. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Add the chicken to the marinade and marinate for 8 – 24 hours.
  3. In a small bowl make the aioli by adding the mayo, honey mustard, and coconut sugar. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to high heat, roughly 550° F.
  6. Grill the skewers for 4 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
  7. Serve the chicken with the aioli.
  8. ENJOY!
