Grilled Honey Mustard Elote
This Grilled Honey Mustard Elote puts a delicious twist on traditional Mexican street corn. For the Corn

- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, True Made Foods Honey Mustard, lime juice, garlic powder, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the lime juice or salt as needed.
- Set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel back the husks and remove as much of the silk as possible, leaving a thin layer of husks attached to the corn.
- Fold the husks back over the ears.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, peel back the remaining husks and continue grilling until the kernels develop light char marks in spots.
- Transfer the hot corn to a serving platter. While still warm, generously brush or spread the honey mustard mayo mixture over each ear of corn.
- Sprinkle with cotija cheese and chili lime seasoning.
- Serve immediately.
