Indian Style Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Chicken Wings, trimmed
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder, sub with paprika for less heat
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garam Masala
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar, or other vinegar of choice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- PAT dry the chicken wings and set it aside
- ADD all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix them well for the marinade
- COAT the chicken wings with the marinade. SET wings aside for at least half an hour and let the flavors build.
- PREHEAT the oven to 425 degrees
- PLACE the chicken on a parchment paper lined baking tray
- BAKE at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Flip them at the 15 minutes mark to crisp up on both sides.
- ENJOY the delicious fall-off-the-bone chicken wings with our cilantro chutney or a dip of your choice
