Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add 2 cups water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling drop in frozen peas and set a timer for 90 seconds.
  2. Drain peas and run cold water over to stop the cooking.
  3. Add the first 9 ingredients (everything except the olive oil) into the bowl of a food processor. Run on low for 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides, as needed.
  4. Secure the lid and drizzle in u2153 cup olive oil with food processor running on low. Taste and adjust salt or red pepper flakes, as needed.
  5. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
