Keto Fried Goat Cheese
This simply delicious, keto goat cheese is air fried to golden perfection and is quick and easy to make. Perfect for a warm and inviting, low carb snack to share (or not share), a gluten free party appetizer, or a healthy, tangy salad topper.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Italian Phat Crumbs
- 222 Eggs
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Goat Cheese
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Slice goat cheese into about 16 rounds and place on a tray or sheet. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into a shallow dish and whisk. Add the crumbs to another shallow dish.
- Dip the frozen goat cheese rounds into the egg and then into the crumbs. Place directly into the air fryer tray and fry at 350 degrees F for about 8 minutes. Enjoy!
