Keto Spicy Crab Roll Salad
If you’re a big fan of spicy sushi rolls but need to forego the rice, this keto spicy crab roll salad has all the flavor and zest you love.
Ingredients
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Lump Crab Meat
- Spring Mix Salad Greens Lettuce
- 111 Cucumber, chopped or sliced
- 111 Avocado, pitted and sliced
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sriracha
- Black Sesame Seeds, toasted
- Balsamic Vinaigrette, if extra dressing is desired
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Put your spring mix in a large bowl
- Now arrange the cucumber slices and next the avocado slices
- In a small bowl mix together the mayo, sriracha, and coconut aminos
- Once stirred, fold in your drained crab meat
- Scoop the crab on top of your salad mixture and sprinkle with black sesame seeds
- Top with sea salt and pepper and vinaigrette if desired
- Serve right away
