Low Carb Pizza Waffle
These super simple, savory keto waffles are perfect for all of your favorite pizza toppings! Full of nooks and crannies to fill with pizza sauce and melty cheese, it's also hearty enough to stand up to piles of any toppings you like!
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Italian Phat Crumbs
- 222 Eggs
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pizza Sauce, low carb
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Uncured Pepperoni, or your favorite toppings
Process

- Mix crumbs and eggs together.
- Pour into waffle maker and cook using your usual waffle directions until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly on a sheet pan and preheat oven broiler.
- Top with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings! Broil until cheese is bubbly and melty. This doesn't take long so keep a close eye so it doesn't burn. Enjoy!
