Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium bowl add room temperature butter and sugar
  2. Cream with a hand mixture until smooth
  3. Add egg and egg yolk and mix until smooth
  4. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, Cornstarch and salt
  5. Sift Matcha powder into the dry ingredients and whisk
  6. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
  7. Use hand mixer and combine
  8. Use a cookie scoop and place on baking sheet
  9. Refrigerate for 20 minutes
  10. *Optional roll in cinnamon or sesame seeds
  11. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes

* you can also turn these into thumbprint cookies with a jelly of your choice
