Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray mini loaf pan with avocado oil.
  2. Using a handheld mixer, combine coconut oil, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Add in yogurt, mashed bananas (the more ripe, the sweeter!) and blend.
  4. Gradually mix in cinnamon, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Spray mini loaf pan with a little bit of avocado oil, fill pan and top with mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

For this large mini loaf pan, double the recipe! Only use 3/4 cup oil and 1.5 tsp of salt🤍
