Moroccan Inspired Sausage, White Bean and Pumpkin Stew
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb1/2 lb1/2 lb Ground Pork, (plant-based alternative, or sliced Merguez sausage)
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz White Beans, canned cooked
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Sugar Pumpkin, peeled and diced (or butternut squash)
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Moroccan Inspired Flavor Starter Sauce - Mesa de Vida, (1 bottle)
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Chicken Broth, (or your favorite broth)
- Salt, to taste/health needs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a skillet, sear ground pork to golden brown over medium high-heat
- Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, cover, lower the heat to low & cook for 30-45 minutes, or until protein is fully cooked and tender.
- Serve over rice, pasta, couscous, quinoa, mashed potatoes, or with your favorite bread or tortillas on the side.
