Olive Oil & Coconut Lemonade
YEP! You can use your olive oil for cocktails too!!! How fun is this? Such an easy way to elevate your summer drinks.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, (zoë olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp unsweetened Coconut Flakes, (for garnish)
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Lemon, juiced
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Lemon, sliced
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Rum
- 1.2 cup1.2 cup1.2 cup Water
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Ice cubes

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a glass of your choice, garnish with coconut flakes using the juice from a lemon around the rim
- Add your coconut rum, maple syrup, juiced lemon, water and mix well
- Top it off with your olive oil and watch the bubbles come to the surface!
- Add in your ice cubes and slice of lemon, enjoy cold!
