Olive Oil Valentine’s Day Brownies (Easy Boxed Brownies Hack)
We LOVE a life hack! Are you pressed for time and hosting a Galentine's day evening? Make my perfect boxed brownies topped with freshly chopped strawberry. Drizzled with white chocolate and made slightly healthier with olive oil.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Grain-Free Classic Brownie Mix - Otto's Naturals, any boxed brownie mix

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ( I used Zoë Olive Oil brand)

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries, (diced)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup White Chocolate, (melted)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven at 350
- Grease and cover in parchment paper an 8x8 baking dish
- Follow directions of brownie box but replace oil with extra virgin olive oil
- Give it a good mix
- Please brownie mix into 8x8 pan
- Bake for 25-30min in the oven
- While brownies are baking, wash and dice your strawberries, set aside
- Once brownies have baked, set aside on a wire rack to allow to cool
- Once brownies are at room temperature, place strawberries on top
- In a small bowl, melt white chocolate chips
- Place melted chocolate into a small ziploc, cutting a hole at the tip
- Use ziploc to make drizzle lines across the brownies
- Cut up into squares and serve in cute muffin papers or serve as is
- Enjoy!
