Hearty ground beef meats with a sweet and spicy pineapple Habanero glaze.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl combine ground beef (unthawed), breadcrumbs, chopped bell pepper, egg and all seasonings
  2. Use a large spoon to thoroughly mix ingredients together
  3. Using your hands and kitchen scale roll the ground beef into 51g meatballs
  4. Place meatballs on a baking tray and place in the freezer for 10 minutes (this helps them to keep their shape)
  5. In a large pan on medium heat add 1 tbsp Avocado oil or oil of your choice
  6. Place meatballs in pan rotating every 5-6 minutes for a total of 15-20 minutes
  7. Once cooked Place on top of a paper towel absorb oil
  8. In another sauce pan over medium heat melt your dairy free butter
  9. Then add the Profanity Jam Pineapple Habanero jam and honey
  10. Simmer for 5 minutes and place meatballs in the pan
  11. Use a spoon to fully coat the meatballs and enjoy!
