Quick and Easy Cabbage, Carrot & Mango Slaw
A quick and delicious slaw that brings together cabbage, carrots and mangoes in a little heat and bright Caribbean flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Cabbage, of thinly shredded
- 222 Carrots, julienned (rainbow are perfect for this dish)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mango, julienned
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cilantro, of, finely chopped
- 333 Onion, green julienned or, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing, of of your choice or mayo
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Tamarind, of Saucy Lips Foods Ghost Pepper Sauce or
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Ground Cumin
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

- Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl, then mix together well and set aside
- Next combine all the remaining slaw ingredients and toss together
- Then toss the slaw together with the dressing
- Finish off with a pinch of salt and some fresh cracked black pepper
- Enjoy at room temperature or chilled
