Ingredients
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Creole Inspired Flavor Starter Sauce - Mesa de Vida, or any Mesa de Vida starter sauce of choice
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef, (sub other ground meat or plant based alternative of choice)
- 2/3 cup2/3 cup2/3 cup Spinach, (see notes)
- 2/3 cup2/3 cup2/3 cup Green Peas, (frozen; see notes)
- 2/3 cup2/3 cup2/3 cup Crimini Mushrooms, sliced (see notes)
- Pasta, cooked, hot
- Aged Cheddar Cheese, or cheese of choice (optional)
- Salt, to taste/health needs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a skillet, sear ground meat to golden brown over medium high-heat.
- Add remaining ingredients (except pasta). Bring to a simmer, cover, lower the heat to low & cook for 25 minutes, or until protein is fully cooked.
- Serve over pasta!
