Simple Banana Bread
This banana bread is delicious and super nourishing. It also has 6 g of protein per slice. It’s a full on breakfast when they eat one slice. My kids asked for this every week and it has been a rotating staple of ours.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Banana
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Almond Milk
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix together until the batter is smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bread loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until done!
