Simple French Toast
If you’re looking for a simple french toast recipe that also tastes amazing, look no further! It’s perfect for a weekend brunch and also quick enough to make during the week. - 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, dairy free or whole

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Ghee, or unsalted butter

- Powdered Sugar, for topping (optional)
- Pure Maple Syrup, for topping (optional)

- Mix eggs, milk, vanilla extract + cinnamon together and add to a shallow bowl
- Dip each side of the bread in the mixture then add to a skillet with butter / ghee
- Cook both sides until golden brown and serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, choice of berries + butter
