Sometimes you need a little sweet treat, but don't have the fridge or freezer space to make a full batch. Maybe, you just want a little taste to satisfy a craving. Either way, this Single Serve Tea-ramisu will solve both of those problems. Using Teecino's Dark Chocolate Prebiotic Superboost Herbal Tea and Maizly's Chocolate Cornmilk, this recipe is a chocolate-y twist on a classic tiramisu, but made gluten-free and for one. This recipe also has an adaptation for a classic tiramisu using Maizly's Original Cornmilk and Teecino's Dandelion Coffee. Both are delicious and you can't go wrong!

  1. Brew Teeccino Dark Chocolate Prebiotic SuperBoost Herbal Tea per package instructions (until desired strength) in 4 oz of hot water.
  2. Combine ingredients for Chocolate Cream in a medium bowl, until you reach the desired consistency (no more than stiff peaks, but slightly more than soft peaks).
  3. Break ladyfingers in half.
  4. Lightly dip ladyfingers in cooled Teeccino Dark Chocolate Prebiotic SuperBoost Herbal Tea.
  5. Place each half of the dipped ladyfingers in a glass coupe.
  6. Spoon Chocolate Cream on top of ladyfingers until they are covered.
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 until you have three layers of Tea-ramisu.
  8. Dust with a layer of cocoa powder.
  9. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate and enjoy within 24 hours.

Notes

This recipe can easily be adapted to the flavors of a traditional tiramisu by switching Maizly Chocolate Cornmilk for Maizly Original Cornmilk and Teeccino Dark Chocolate Prebiotic SuperBoost Herbal Tea for Teeccino Dandelion Coffee. All measurements are the same, except for the Teeccino Dandelion Coffee, which uses 3/4 tsp ground dandelion coffee for 4 oz of hot water instead of 1.5 tsp.
