Ingredients
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almonds, raw
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Almond Milk, vanilla vanilla soy milk, or canned coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Carob Powder
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Dark Chocolate Prebiotic SuperBoost Herbal Tea - Teeccino, brewed and chilled
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, cut into 1 to 2 chunks divided, frozen

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place almonds, milk, carob powder, Teeccino, salt, vanilla, and approximately 1 1/2 frozen bananas in blender. (A heavy duty blender works best for this recipe; other blenders may not get the mixture smooth enough.) Blend until bananas are mostly blended.
- Add remaining banana and blend until fairly smooth. Mixture will be thick; I find it blends best by alternating between cycle 1 and cycle 9 on my blender. Do not over blend or mixture will lose its frostiness.
- Most smoothies are best eaten fresh, but this one can be frozen and eaten another day.
