Smoky Joe’s
This Smoky Joe's recipe is so perfect for those busy weeknights when you just ran out of time and don’t want to make a fancy dinner! If you air fry your potatoes this dish is done in 30 minutes! The ground chicken blended with peppers and onions and smoky bbq sauce makes the most delicious meal! It's also really yummy over cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef, or ground chicken
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 111 Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Ketchup, I like The New Primal
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Smoky BBQ Sauce, I like The New Primal
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Black Pepper

- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add onions and peppers and sauté till they are soft.
- Add chicken, breaking apart and cooking till no longer pink.
- Add ketchup, BBQ sauce and spices.
- Stir till well incorporated and simmer on low till sauce thickens.
