Spiced Apple Pork Patties
These little Spiced Apple Pork Patties are bursting with flavor and every bite reminds me of all the wonderful warm spices of fall. Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger combined with apples to make the tastiest little breakfast patties you've ever had! They were so good that David asked me to make them into full sized burgers for breakfast sandwiches! You have to try these!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Honeycrisp Apples, large, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Shallot, large, minced, about 1/4 cup
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Meal/Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp ground Allspice
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp ground Ginger
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Sage, or 6 leaves fresh, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350˚
- Line a baking sheet with parchment
- Whisk egg in a large bowl
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well (don’t be afraid to use your hands for this)
- Using a 2 tbsp scoop make approximately 20 meatballs
- Place on baking sheet and flatten with fingers into little patties
- Bake 30 minutes
