Spicy Almond Butter Broccoli
Take your next batch of roasted vegetables up a notch with this Spicy Almond Butter Broccoli! The broccoli is roasted to perfection and then topped with a delicious sauce that makes eating your greens anything but boring. Depending on your spice preference, you can add as much or as little sriracha as you'd like. We hope you enjoy this one!
Ingredients
- 1 head1 head1 head Broccoli
- 2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Almond Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sriracha, (can add more if you like more spice)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Water
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp ground Ginger

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cut the head of broccoli into pieces and coat them in avocado oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic powder.
- Lay them on a pan on top of aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake them for 25 minutes or until crispy.
- While the broccoli is roasting, make your almond butter sauce by combining the Georgia Grinders Original Almond Butter, sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, coconut aminos and water.
- Add more water if needed as you want your sauce to be on the liquid side. Drizzle your sauce on the roasted broccoli and enjoy! Shout out to our new intern, Chloe Thomas, for helping inspire this delicious vegetable dish.
