It's no secret that I love creating recipes that use unsweetened jams and these Strawberry Chia Jam Balsamic Wings are going to be your new favorite! They are sticky, sweet, tangy and finger licking good! The sauce comes together quickly and has just a few ingredients. Be sure to save some of this sauce for dipping too! Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine in a small bowl strawberry jam, balsamic, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and stir well
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Pat wings dry with paper towels
  4. Place on baking sheet, skin side up, not touching one another
  5. Divide your sauce so you have some for dipping
  6. Brush wings with sauce
  7. Roast 20 minutes, remove and flip wings and brush bottom sides
  8. Roast 20 minutes, remove and flip wings and brush skin side up again with sauce and roast 20 minutes more
