Strawberry Shortcake Protein Smoothie
This strawberry shortcake smoothie is so juicy & delish - I hope you love it as much as I did! It is packed with protein & fiber; and even a little hidden veggies! It makes for a refreshing breakfast or snack all year long.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cauliflower Rice, Frozen
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Bean Almond Milk - Three Trees
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Freeze-Dried Strawberries
- 333 Strawberries
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 111 Vanilla Protein Powder
- 222 Mexican Shortbread Cookies - Siete Foods
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a glass with a little greek yogurt & freeze dried strawberry powder.
- Add all ingredients to blender & blend until smooth.
- Pour into glads, top with extra cookie crumbles, & Enjoy!
Notes
The almond milk amount can be decreased for a thicker smoothie. Maple syrup can be increased or decreased depending on preferred sweetness. Any small vanilla-type cookie will work great, you can substitute with what you have on hand. I have also tried it with almond flour snickerdoodle cookies and it was delish!
