Superwoman Smoothie
This smoothie is perfect if you're feeling run down. I love it because it has the same benefits as eating a hearty salad, but it tastes like a smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole English Cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Water, unsweetened
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mango, Frozen
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Baby Spinach, fresh
Process
