Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. On medium heat, bring your vegetable oil in a pot on your stovetop to  a slight bubble (I like to place a gnocchi inside the oil and wait until it floats to the top to know that my oil is hot enough - no special technique, lol)
  2. While the oil is getting hot, prepare a bowl with a paper towel to drain your gnocchi when it's out of the oil
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare your cinnamon and sugar mixture by stirring together your cinnamon and white sugar; set aside
  4. Gently drop in a handful of gnocchi into the oil and wait for it to float to the top (approx 2-3 min)
  5. Remove your gnocchis from the oil and allow to cool for 1 minute on your paper towel
  6. Toss the gnocchi in your cinnamon and sugar mixture, set aside
  7. Repeat for the full pack of gnocchi
  8. Plate as you wish with your favorite toppings (I enjoy the taste of Nutella and powdered sugar!)

Notes

You don't need a particular frying machine. Use a pot on the stove.
